3. Under normal circumstances, if the gas consumption does not count (i.e. the word wheel is counting, but the IC card does not deduct the number), the shut-off valve will cut off automatically. However, if the gas meter is used beyond the time limit and the signal sensor is aging, the shut-off valve cannot cut off automatically, which will make the user mistakenly think that there is still gas in the IC card, but in fact, the IC card has been "overdrawn". If this happens, the user needs to pay the gas fee according to the actual gas consumption (subject to the number of rounds of the gas meter).
