In order to improve the professional operation skill level of workshop staff, improve the product quality of the company, create a professional staff team and better serve the operation and development of the company. Recently, the quality management department, the technology department and the human resources department jointly organized an examination on the level of employees' process operation skills. A total of 31 employees participated in the examination.

In order to ensure the fairness and impartiality of the skill level examination, the company has arranged 7 assessors, and the invigilation site is carried out in strict accordance with the implementation rules of skill level examination. In the process of practical examination, the invigilator shall reasonably arrange reference employees to enter the examination room orderly according to their declared grade and type of work for various assessments. Each assessor shall carry out relevant assessments according to the relevant posts engaged by the employees and the assessment standards, operation processes and professional skills.
